Who is Yung Jake? As the lyrics to ‘embedded’ imply, he is a man who believes that a carefully constructed online persona is it’s own form of art. He has a twitter account that only tweets out in Russian, a tumblr full of trashy memes and badly photoshopped .gif’s of himself, and a youtube channel that is mostly videos of tasteless joke-rapping about how he is really in to underaged girls.

The most interesting aspect of Yung Jake is how cohesive his brand is spread horizontally across his entire online body. Not to mention just appreciating how much thought and time he has put into sculpting his weird, dumb digital-persona. Even if you don’t get lost for a half hour falling down through his meticulously curated click-hole. the 'embedded' experience is a fun little dose of clever that will at least make you smile.
