There are a few ways to approach the music video for an emotional ballad like “Still” by Katy B. There are some directors who may have tried to go with a more literal interpretation of the lyrics, showing two former lovers still thinking about each other having being apart from some time. Instead, director Sophie Muller decided to let the emotion of the video come through in the song and Katy B’s performance, opting to feature Katy alone in the video, in big, white, empty spaces, signing the song with pain in her eyes. Katy is also styled in all white throughout the video, allowing her trademark red hair to almost burn against the otherwise bright landscape of the video.

“Still” was produced by Black Dog Films and can be found on the album Little Red.
