The Most Popular Music Videos Released This Week (2/02)

Another music video week has come and gone, and now we're here to pick up the pieces. Cher Lloyd captured the top spot with "Sirens," a Darren Craig-directed video that was styled significantly different than anything we've seen from her before. Darren Craig is part of The Uprising Creative, which also has the 3rd spot on this week's chart with the Jeff Nicholas & Jonathan Craven directed video for "I Can't Me You Love Me" by Indian actress and singer Priyanka Chopra.

If you are surprised by seeing an Eif Rivera-directed 50 Cent video on the chart this week, then you must be new here, because the weekly, album-long collaboration between Eif and 50 Cent has been grabbing top spots on the chart now for several consecutive weeks, and as long as 50 Cent has songs to make videos for, they'll most likely be on the weekly list. Kina Grannis and Brooke Candy both make appearances on the chart with their first releases of 2014, and even Hype Williams has a video on here. For a week where no new videos cracked 1 million views (as of the time of this blog post), there is a lot to love about this list.

Before you leave for the weekend, maybe put on our top new videos of the week playlist, or maybe even our new podcast episode featuring LAMAR+NIK where we talk about some of these videos. Have a good weekend and we'll see you at Applebees!
