Heineken Redirects Travelers To Laos

Usually, by the time people arrive at the airport, their destination is pretty much set in stone. Heineken put their willingness to drop everything to the test however with something called Departure Roulette. They set up a giant green board at JFK airport and asked departing travelers to change their travel plans right there on the stop. Rather than going to their originally planned destination, they immediately get flown to a new, extremely practical location like Laos or Thailand. The catch is they have to commit to flying to this location before they could find out where it was going to be. Most people, as you might expect, have some plans and don’t go for it, but some people push the red button and get a new destination. It’s completely insane and also lots of fun.

Did the people regret their decision? Juding by the angry reaction of some of the people they called to cancel on so they go fly to Thailand, maybe. But what is living on the edge if not letting your entire travel plans be changed immediately by Heineken?
