Biography


Victoria Dawn Justice (born February 19, 1993) is an American actress, singer-songwriter, voice artist and dancer.  Victoria began her music career in 2007 with the release of her single “A Thousand Miles”.  Victoria has performed several songs for the soundtrack to the Nickelodeon musical Spectacular!, in which she starred. She has recorded a number of songs for the Victorious series and also some singles including “Gold” and “Shake” . Justice has announced the release of her debut album, which is expected to be released sometime in the late fall of 2013.  A full discography of all of Victoria’s songs she has ever released can be found here.  For her acting career, she is best known for playing the roles of Lola Martinez on Zoey 101 and Tori Vega on Victorious. Justice was born in Hollywood, Florida. She is of Puerto Rican descent on her mother’s side, and of mostly Irish descent on her father’s side.  Justice guest starred on several television series including Gilmore Girls and Everwood. She played “Rebecca” on The Suite Life of Zack & Cody in the episode “The Fairest of Them All”. She had roles in the films Mary, When Do We Eat?, Silver Bells, The Garden, and Unknown.  Justice’s first major role came in 2005 on the series Zoey 101. Her character (Lola Martinez) was a perky outgoing actress who eventually becomes best friends with other students, Zoey Brooks (Jamie Lynn Spears), Nicole Bristow (Alexa Nikolas), and Quinn Pensky (Erin Sanders). In 2009, Justice played Tammi Dyson in Nickelodeon’s original movie, Spectacular!. She also had a supporting role in the feature film, The Kings of Appletown, starring Dylan and Cole Sprouse. Also in 2009, she guest starred on The Naked Brothers Band, in the iCarly episode “iFight Shelby Marx”, and on True Jackson, VP. In 2010, Justice appeared in one episode of The Troop.  Victoria Justice starred in her own hit Nickelodeon series, Victorious for 4 seasons from March 27, 2010 until February 2, 2013. The series, VICTORiOUS, takes place in a performing arts high school and revolves around Justice’s character Tori Vega as she pursues a singing career.
