In the behind the scenes video, director Colin Tilley says that he wanted to showcase Jason Derulo's energy in his new video for "The Other Side". It worked, becuase Derulo is working hard as a performer, a dancer, and a ladies man in this video, as the screenshot from the video of Derulo doing a perfectly vertical head stand indicates (ladies love head stands). It also indicates that Jason has fully recovered from his 2012 neck injury, which is the best news of all.
The video was produced by Brandon Bonfiglio for London Alley Entertainment and shot by Joseph Labisi. "The Other Side" is the first single from Derulo's upcoming fall album.
