If you (like me) are not a teenager living in England, you can live vicariously through some partying youths in the new music video for "One More Day (Stay With Me)" by Example, directed by Adam Powell. The video starts out with a voiceover about the teenagers' children watching them, stumbling out of the doors of their "church" (a club, by the looks of it), and then transitions into a scene where the kids are sitting around asking the big questions in life, like how much would you need to be paid to suck Prince Charles' toes.
The teens go grab some beers and head to a boardwalk carnival to check out some games such as one called "Dolphin Derby." In a twist, one of the teens happens to run into Example himself, who gives them tickets to his show that night. A love triangle comes to a head at the concert, where one of the teen girls fights with her boyfriend and then pulls another friend into the bathroom for some rebound fun.
One of the interesting things about this video is how it stays away from the trope of wayward teens out getting into trouble. These kids don't really do anything that one could consider delinquent - they even manage to get backstage with Example after the show. It's a win win for everyone, and a fun, pretty lighthearted (despite the love tryst subplot) video that cleverly makes Example seem like a really nice, humble dude.
