Who Is The Guy In Lana Del Rey's "West Coast" Video?

This week, Vincent Haycock's video for "West Coast" by Lana Del Rey was released, although the song is more than four minutes long, it only features a few people. On the beach, Lana is hanging out with Del Rey video veteran Bradley Soileau, but she is also seen riding in a car with an older guy in sunglasses. I found myself wondering who this man is.

It turns out his name is Mark Mahoney, and he's a famous tattoo artist. He's the principal artist at the Shamrock Social Club tattoo studio in Hollywood, but before then he was a pioneer of the black and grey tattoo styles of the 1980s. He's tattooed everyone from Notorious B.I.G. to Lady Gaga.

So, now you know.
