Warning: This post contains spoilers.

There are a few mysteries "Heart Attack", the new video from Enrique Iglesias, directed by Colin Tilley. One of them is what happened to his hand, which for most of the video is bandaged with some blood soaking through. The other is why the character Iglesias plays is ready to end it all, standing at the edge of a bridge ready to jump.

We get answers to a few of these as the video progresses. It turns out that Iglesias is despondent because he walked in on his girl (Camilla Belle) in bed with another guy, and he took one pretty massive swing at him.

One mystery we don't get an answer to is if Iglesias jumps or not, although the video hints at him deciding that life is worth living even after being betrayed. We don't know for sure if Camilla Belle's character is actually standing behind him on the bridge at the end of the video, after appearing as a sort of apparition in his mind so many times. She looks concerned and also looks like she just threw a jacket over the nightgown she was in when Iglesias discovered her in bed with that guy, so maybe she has come to talk him down.

Colin Tilley gives Iglesias some opportunities to show off some acting chops in this video, and Iglesias brings a pretty emotional but not over-the-top performance. He's also rocking a 4-piece band setup that would be at home in a rock video, complete with the leather jacket and Marshall amp stacks. In comparison with Iglesias' recent music videos, this is a bit of a style departure, but he pulls it off as well.

The video for "Heart Attack" was produced by Luga Podesta and Brandon Bonfiglio for London Alley Entertainment. Artist Preserve is also credited as Creative Agency, a company headed by frequent Iglesias collaborator Yasha Malekzad. "Heart Attack" is available as a single now, and will be available off Iglesias' upcoming 10th studio album.
