In the new music video for "A LIGHT THAT NEVER COMES" by Linkin Park x Steve Aoki, the artists at Ghost Town Media created a virtual city on a pretty epic scale - 50,000 buildings divided into 7 districts, each marked by a giant structure resembling each of the 6 members of Linkin Park (plus Steve Akoi to make 7). Directed by Linkin Park member Joe Hahn, the video takes place entirely in this city, which acts as a sort of virtual reality where pieces of us come through. It primarily takes us on a dramatic tour of the city, interspersed with fragmented, digital representations of the faces of Linkin Park.

You can get a lot of behind the scenes info for this video thanks to a partnership with Dell, who has a mini site at dell.com/linkinpark that features a 6 minute behind the scenes video that takes place at Ghost Town Media's studio where the video was created on Dell computers. Not only that, but the actual video has a teaser for this trailer attached to the end of the video itself.

This is one of those videos that would be fantastic to see in a movie theatre, but until you get the chance to do that, crank it up to 1080p and enjoy some of the incredibly detailed structures that have been created for this piece. Also, make sure to check out the behind the scenes feature we've embedded below.

The video for "A LIGHT THAT NEVER COMES" was commissioned by Bill Boyd and Devin Sarno for Warner Bros. Records, and the track will be available on the upcoming Linkin Park album "RECHARGED", which is available now for pre-order and will be released on October 29.
