The drag race is an iconic Hollywood film scene. They usually start out with a woman standing between the two racers to signal the cars to go, followed by an intense race. Usually it's between two characters in a film that have a score to settle, but in "Talkin' Bout" by Juicy J, directed by Benny Boom, the race is between Juicy J and featured artist Wiz Khalifa, and seems like it's a pretty friendly match.
Starting out with Juicy J riding around downtown Los Angeles in a convertible with a dancing lady friend, the video soon heads to a party under an overpass where Wiz Khalifa shows up with his own car and his own lady friend. Bets are taken, and the race is on. We're never actually shown who wins, but with so much champagne and sexy ladies around, it kind of feels like everyone is a winner.
Check out the betting board that appears in the middle of the video. On it you'll see some references to the people behind the video like "Boom" (director Benny Boom), Luga (executive producer Luga Podesta), B-FIG (London Alley producer Brandon Bonfiglio), and LABISI (DP Joseph Labisi). They are throwing down some serious cash too, in the range of $10-$15k, so maybe we do need to know who wins.
