Stealing a mysterious bag from a giant house - after likely killing a few people - is just the beginning of the story for the two ladies in "Alarm" by Wise Blood, directed by Keith Musil. We never do find out what was inside the mysterious leopard print bag, but whatever is in there is important, almost like Marcellus Wallace's briefcase in Pulp Fiction. Although the ladies celebrate getting away from the house at first, their excitement quickly ends when their car is followed by a faster, even cooler car. The tension-filled video reflects the haunting song well, and the look and performance of the actors makes us both afraid of them and also sad for them at the same time. "Alarm" builds on Keith Musil’s history of music videos with a documentary feel to them, and also follows a line of dark music videos for Wise Blood, including "Rat" by Michael Lawrence, which we chatted with him about in June.

"Alarm" was produced by Danielle Hinde for Doomsday Entertainment and can be found on Wise Blood’s album ID.
