The Most Popular Music Videos Released This Week (10/25)

It’s happened, you guys, we did it! For the second week in a row, a novelty music video was the most popular video released. How awesome is that? Last week, it was a song about food, and this week, it’s a song about Massachusetts! That’s right, the most popular music video released this week was "Massachusetts" by Ylvis. It would have likely got even more views had there not been an unofficial upload of it making the rounds on the day of its release. Dang unofficial uploads always ruining stuff. Why don’t you mind ya dang business, unofficial uploads? Kyary Pamyu Pamyu dropped an awesome and popular music video this week, as did Redfoo, who is basically the American version of Kyary Pamyu Pamyu. Paul McCartney proved to everyone that he has a lot of famous friends, and for the first time since we’ve been tracking this data, a video made it to the top 10 list for the week in less than a day, with "Move" by Little Mix coming in at number eight with 364k views in just a few hours.
