The Most Popular Music Videos Released This Week (4/25)

There were lots of popular music videos flying around this week, you guys. In fact, half of the top 10 came in at over a million views, with "Marilyn Monroe" by Pharrell Williams topping the week with nearly 5 million. That’s a lot of views! In addition to views, the chat also has a bit of controversy, as Avril Lavigne’s “Hello Kitty” had some shade throw its way this week, which Avril gave a perfect, well thought out response to. Also on the list is a Beyonce video that was released to the world back in December, but was just posted to the internet this Thursday. Interesting! Katy Perry dressed up as a bunch of crazy characters for a video that came out yesterday, landing her a spot in the top 5 after only a day. The combination of Eif Rivera and 50 Cent also make their weekly appearance on the chart, and we expect to continue to see them every week until 50’s Animal Ambition runs out of songs. The whole top ten this week is pretty sweet, as is this playlist of the week’s top 25 music videos. If I were you I’d watch them all because there might be a quiz next week.
